It has been years since I ate at Mellow Mushroom. My Wife was craving a shiitake mushroom pizza and she certainly was not disappointed. I tired the Avondale and thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely dug the design and atmosphere of the place. Was semi-tempted to ask for the fire truck table, however, I believe that’s for a large group. Looking forward to our next visit.

Very beautiful establishment, I usually come at night, but I went in the afternoon and it was so nice! The wait time for a table was super short, the food came out speedy, and the servers were amazing. Very friendly, welcoming, and attentive! Our servers were Amber and Hannah (the latter who was in training), and they were so nice and friendly. I recommend this place to many people when they want to hang out, and I absolutely recommend this location!

Our Friday night go to. “The Firetruck” as the kids call it. Lilith has taken care of us several times. Want a great server, ask for her! (Ps they are all awesome)

Got the tye die pizza best I ever had. The server was super alert and very patient with my group. Made sure we had plenty of napkins and drinks topped off. I believe her name was Emily but either way great experience overall all the employees were great

Our server Emily was the best!! We came on a busy night, and she was so patient with our whole group! She gave us great menu recommendations & made sure our drinks were never empty! The food was amazing and came out pretty quickly considering the crowd! Definitely hope to get her as a server again!!

Attended a birthday party for a friend recently and it was set up great for a large group. The services were very attentive. My only complaint was that it echoed and was very loud, but that’s to be expected with concrete floors.

Hannah was awesome super friendly, fast, and made everything easy. She mentioned that if we gave her a 5-star review, she could take home an appetizer or a pizza for her family...and honestly, anyone working this hard deserves both. Great service, great attitude, and now hopefully great leftovers. Five stars from us — send that girl home with some food!

What a great place eat! The menu is awesome, so many choices. Probably the best pizza I have ever eaten. I highly recommend the Holy Shiitake Pizza, what a slice of mushroom heaven!!! The service was good and our waitress was very friendly (don't remember her name) and attentive. They have a great drink menu as well. I definitely recommend trying this place out if you haven't already
